  • What is the benefit of renting a suite?

    Our suite’s are fully equipped with state of the art finishes. Each suite is completely ready for business owners to make their own. Our price includes, your private space, and all utilities. Including electricity, water, wifi and more.

  • What is included in the rental price?

    Rent includes your suite, electricity, water, wifi, 24/7 access, and if requested furniture for your profession.

  • Am I able to decorate my suite?

    Yes, using our furniture is optional. You are free to use your own furniture and decorate to your liking. We also offer decorative services upon request, at an additional charge.

  • Is their a minimum lease term?

    Yes, we prefer to lease our suites for a minimum one year commitment. However, based on availability and needs, we may be able to accommodate a shorter lease term. Contact us for more information.

  • Is the application process difficult?

    No, we will do a walk through of our location and offer you what’s available. The application process takes approximately two business days, and move in date is dependent on suite vacancy.
